Course and Class Policy

Please read through the following information regarding your appointment. Appointment and fees An appointment confirmation is required and the booking fee for the service of your choice is nonrefundable. Appointments time is reserved for 1 hour. If more time is needed, you may ask to schedule a follow-up appointment. Arrival to appointment To make the most of your consultation experience and ensure a smooth start, please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Arriving early ensures that your concerns, questions, and request are taken into account during the fitting. Appointment lateness or cancelation If you are running late, please contact us to let us know. There is only a 15 minute buffer. If you are unable to make your appointment 15 minutes after the scheduled time, you will be asked to reschedule for another time. If you need to cancel your appointment, please give 48 hours notice.
